Homework: DGP diagram; Create final typed brochures (if you do not have a brochure program, try the following steps:
1. File-Page Setup-Landscape. This will turn the paper sideways.
2. Format-columns-3.  This will create three sections on the page.
~Students are also welcome to create paragraphs 3 1/2 inches wide, then cut and paste onto a folded page.
~All students should have an example brochure they folded/drew to show what should be included on the brochure
 

Nov. 16/17 Jumpstart: Practice writing MLA format
1. Write bibliography rough draft
2. Revise rough draft paragraphs (highlight first three words of each sentence to find and fix repeated words/sentence length; 
   circle all "and"s and check to see if a comma is needed; get two signatures of proofreaders)
