CLASSROOM LIBRARY!! IT WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!
There will be several more forms coming home with your child on Friday,
August 10 and/or Monday, August 13. Below is a list of the forms you should
receive from your child, fill out, and send back in to your child's homeroom
teacher:
-Student Health Form
-Student Residency Form
-Student Registration Form
TCAP scores should also be sent home with your student either Friday or
Monday. There should be a booklet accompanying the stories that will inform
you about how to read the test results. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SEND THE TCAP
SCORES BACK IN TO THE HOMEROOM TEACHER. THEY ARE YOURS TO KEEP.
