Book Projects Due May 3A & May 4 B
Details: FICTION, does not have to be AR, 5th grade level & up..
Paper Bag Book Project
Follow the directions to decorate the lunch bag you received.
You will use this during your oral book presentation.
1. On the front of the lunch bag, draw a scene from the novel using
markers, crayons, pencils, or cut and paste.
INCLUDE: Title, author, and your name and period.
2. On the back of the lunch bag, write the names of the main characters and
supporting characters with a short description of each. (maximum of 5) Also
LABEL and write about the setting, conflict, and resolution of the novel.
3. Inside the bag, place at least eight objects that represent significant
events in the novel or aspects of the characters' personalities. At least
four of the objects must be handmade or three dimensional; in other words, no
more than 4 pictures, printed or drawn, may be used in the bag.
TIPS for BAG CONTENTS:
~No perishable food items or items typically not allowed at school.
~Check out your toys, your siblings' toys, and look outside for nature items.
~or, build items with legos, model magic, pipe cleaners, popsicle sticks,
anything!!!
