Making a mind map about yourself.

 

ALL MIND MAPS WERE DUE 8/21/09 FRIDAY

1. Draw a symbol that represents you in the center of a piece of construction paper.
2. Put your name in the symbol or above or below it.
3. Draw a line out from the symbol using a colored pencil or marker and write in capital letters “FAMILY”. Under that make at least three lines and write facts about your family.(All of this is written in the same color)
4. Draw a line out from the symbol using a different color and write in capital letters, “PLACES I HAVE LIVED” or “PLACES I HAVE VISITED”. Under that make three lines and write three places you have lived or visited. (All of this is written in the same color).
5. Draw a line out from the symbol using a different color and write in capital letters, “INTERESTING THINGS ABOUT ME”. Under that make three lines and write three things that are interesting about you. (All of this is written in the same color.)
6. Draw a line out from the symbol using a different color and write in capital letters, THINGS I LIKE TO DO”. Under that make three lines in that color and write three things that you like to do. (All of this is in the same color)
7. Put your heading on the back of the construction paper.

When you have finished the symbol should be colored. Each topic and subtopic are in a separate color – so we will see four different colors.
