Mrs. Bell---This is my twelvth year teaching in Dekalb County. I received my
B.S. at MTSU. I earned my Master's and Ed.S. from Tennessee Tech. I live in
McMinnville. I have been married for 23 years. I have a dog,Troi, and a
cat,Q. Can you tell I like Star Trek?
Mrs. Gottlied---This is my eighth year to teach fifth grade here at
Northside. I live in Sparta. I have been married for 7 years, and we have
twin sons, Nolan and Aaron. I received my B.S. at UT-Chattanooga. Nolan and
Aaron each have a dog named Kat and Daisy. Can you tell they picked out the
names?
Mrs. Vance---This is my third year at Northside. I received my B.S. and M.A.
from MTSU. I have been married for 19 years to Chris Vance. He is a teacher
at DCHS. Carly and Conner are my two children. Carly will be in first grade,
and she has informed me that she doesn't want to go because she can't take a
nap.
We believe that every student can learn. We believe that all students
deserve to be treated fairly. We really believe that our actions are one of
the deciding factors in determining a child's attitude toward education.
Children are our future.
