This is Mrs. Yvette's fifth year at Oakdale. She plans to stay here
and retire - someday. Her husband, Mr. Bill Reeder teaches science at
Oakdale. Her son, Adam Crabtree is currently an 12th grader at Oakdale.
Mrs. Yvette has several obsessions - her family - Bill, Adam, mom, dad,
nieces, brother and sister-in-law - her friends, playing the piano, reading,
Bon Jovi, and Peyton Manning and the Colts!

The School Counselor's job here at Oakdale involves a variety of activities.
Because Oakdale is a unique school, where there are over 600 students from
PreK - 12th grade, many of the duties of a normal counselor are not able to
be met. But, Mrs. Yvette is available to talk to students as well as parents
about problems - personal and academic. It is strongly encouraged that you
make an appointment to see Mrs. Yvette. She also assists students with
planning for the future - going to college, going to a technical center or
getting a job.
