When is snack?

Snack time is everyday from 10:10-11:00.  This is during an enrichment class
and recess.

What is Enrichment class?

Enrichment begins everyday at 10:10 and is taught in every subject.  This is a
time when mini-lessons are taught on skills that require mastery in order for
the student to succeed in academics.

When is lunch?

Lunch is from 11:25-11:55.  If a guest is bringing you lunch, we ask that you
please eat 
in the lobby or on the patio if weather permits.  If the guest will be eating
cafeteria food 
with you, both of you are welcome at the lunch table in the cafeteria.

When do we have PE/Encore?

PE is on Monday and Wednesday from 2:10-3:00. Our encore class is Art and is 
also from 2:10-3:00 on Tuesday and Thursday.  After Christmas our encore 
class
will 
switch to Music on Tuesday and Thursday.  Friday classes rotate between PE
and 
Art.

What is a Life Skill Slip?

A Life Skill Slip is similar to a demerit or a card being pulled as in 
Elementary School.  These slips are given when a rule has been violated, and 
a 
parent signature is requested.  The slip is to be returned the next day of 
school.

What are Tuesday Home Folders?

Tuesday Folders go home each Tuesday.  These folders contain work that has 
been completed by your student.  There is a spot to make 
comments on behavior and academic performance for your child.  We ask that
parents 
please check these columns, papers, and sign the designated area.  The work
may be kept at home.  The empty folder should be returned by Thursday.
