Hello Everyone!
My name is Emily Nuckolls, and I am so excited to be working here at
Prescott! This will be my fourth year here. I have also taught 4th grade and
7th grade in Cheatham County. I enjoy the middle years. Kids this age are a
lot of fun.
My husband and I both grew up in Memphis. I went to school at the University
of Memphis. We enjoy traveling, hiking, and trying new things.
I look forward to a wonderful year with all of my students.
This year will be a fun year for the kids. I have lots of activities
planned. We will start out in the fall with life science: ecosystems and stuff
like that, them move into space, the final frontier! In the spring we will
cover weather and then physical science: waves and energy and circuits and stuff.
My goal this year is to provide my students with not just an education in
science, but to provide them with hands-on learning experiences also.
