MATH - See Mrs. Hubley for extra assignments. Extra credit opportunities in
math will be tailored to those topics and concepts you need to practice.
ENGLISH - create a collage of nouns. Be sure to include singular and plural
nouns, common and proper nouns. Cut nouns from newspapers and magazines and
paste them onto paper. Your collage must include a minimum of 30 nouns.
SCIENCE - Prepare the experiment found on pages 196-197 in your science book.
Be prepared to present your experiment to the class.
Prepare a report about earth materials found in Tennessee. These materials
may include mineral resources (calcite, barite, flourite, zinc, Tennessee
marble), fossil fuels, and soil. Read pages 198-206 to get started.
Write a rap, poem, song, or Reader's Theater script describing the water
cycle.
