Parents, Lots of paperwork is being sent home for you to sign this week.
Please check with child to see if they have brought home their SEEK folder
this week.
Field Trips are planned March 2nd and 3rd the 3rd and 4th grade will be going
to the Grand Ole Opry for a backstage tour along with a Gibson Guitar tour
at Opry Mills. Lunch at Caney Fork Fish Camp.
March 4th the 5th Grade will be going to tour the State Capitol Building and
see the Civil Rights display at the Tennessee State Museum. Lunch at Manny's
House of Pizza. Both sites tie into our studies the 2nd semester.
3rd Grade Mystery Role Model Treasure boxes are due this week Feb. 8th- 11th.
We are one week behind due to the snow days!!!
4th Graders will deciding on their inventions for the MTSU Invention
Convention. The students will need to bring in their own supplies for their
group invention. THOSE SUPPLIES ARE DUE THIS WEEK!!!! Supplies may not
exceed $15.00 per Invention. Please support our 4th grade SEEK students in
this year's competition- The Invention Convention at Middle Tennessee State
University.
Outside SEEK assignments are being sent home this week for 4th and 5th grade
students to complete at home and then later present to the class. These are
our final assignments for the year and worth many points. Please check with
your child and sign the forms that need to be returned to me.
