HI! I am 29 years old and currently beginning my 8th year teaching. For
the first 4 years I was a preschool teacher at DeKalb West School. I then
moved to Smithville Elememtary and this will be my third year teaching
kindergarten. I graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2001
with a degree in Child and Family Studies which allows me to teach grades
Pre-K through 4th. In 2004 I received a Master's in Curriculum and
Instruction from TTU. I completed my Educational Specialist Degree in May
of 2008, so thankfully I am finished with my schooling! I have
been married to my wonderful husband Casey for almost 5 years. We have a 16
month old son, Luke, who is the light of our lives. I am looking forward to
working with you and you child, please let me know if there is anything I
