First of all... I apologize for the inconsistency with the updating of this
site. Thank you for your patience!!
WELCOME... MRS.POLK!! We are so fortunate to have you, and we are very
excited about the scientific knowledge you are bringing to us!! Thanks!!
Writing assessment will be given Friday, Feb. 5, with make ups given on
Monday (this is due to our SNOW DAYS!!).
Progress reports will be sent home no later than Feb. 10th (also the result
of snow days).
No field trips this nine weeks planned.
Please be preparing for our 4H overnight field trip coming up in May. This
is an expensive trip, but well worth it. We will be sending more information
and a payment plan home soon. This is a Science related field trip that
covers many important standards to get us ready for sixth grade.
Spring Break will be the first two weeks in March.
Other information:
Please be sure to look for weekly papers on Mondays, and remember to sign
on the inserted sign sheet in the folder and send back the entire packet of
papers. I will send them all back home at the end of the nine weeks.
Be sure to check the schedule for your child's upcoming special week, as I
am not good at reminding them or remembering!!
