Kindergarten students will have brief and simple homework most nights. It
will be located in his/her folder when those days appear. Any written
homework that is assigned should be done in agendas. The homework routine
is an important part of your child's day! He/she can share with you what we
have learned in school as he/she sharpens and reinforces what was learned
that day.
**** If your child does not know how to print his/her name please encourage
him/her to practice first name only every night at home.
****Bedtimes stories are the best way to sharpen your child's pre-reading
skills in a fun way! PLease read to your child daily.
****Each new letter we do for phonics... we encourage your child to practice
in jis/her agenda. It is a great way to sharpen those handwriting skills. :)
