Trash 4 Cash
Once again this year we want to turn your TRASH into CASH for SBES!! Collection Dates: The students can send items in each week and receive treats in the class room. Items will be collected from the classrooms on the following dates: Fall 2011 September 9th October 28th December 2nd December 9th - Trash for Cash Assembly Spring 2012 January 20th February 17th March 23rd May 11th - Trash for Cash Assembly This year we will be collecting the following:

Fall Festival - Friday, November 4, 2011 Boosterthon Fun Run - Battle of the Bobcats - The Boosterthon Fun Run program is a healthy alternative to traditional product sales to raise much-needed funds for our school and many others across America. The program also promotes three specific values during the nine day fun-filled program: Fitness, Leadership, and Character. This year's character theme is "Leader LAUNCH." We'll be learning that leaders are..... Learners Active Uplifting Not bullies Courageous Helpers Boosterthon Fun Run Basics The event will kick off with a 30 minute school-wide Pep Rally on August 10th and conclude on August 19th witht he Boosterthon Fun Run event. Students get pledges towards the number of laps they will run at the Boosterthon Fun Run. Every student participates in the Fun Run, regardless of pledges raised, and receives a "Boosterthon All-Star" t-shirt. Enter your pledges at funrun.com. Each student has his/her own safe and secure Boosterthon Fun Run webpage to log in pledges and watch character videos. All pledges are tax-deductible! The Boosterthon Fun Run Team spends 200-300 hours organizing thie event, freeing up our teachers and administrators to focus on education!
