I am originally from Sparta, TN. I graduated from Tennessee Tech University.
I am married to Jim Nikahd who is employed with TDOT. We have two daughters,
Monya and Melica. Melica is in sixth grade and Monya is in eighth grade at
Dickson Middle. We live in Bellevue and are members of West Meade Fellowship
Church.
I have taught school for 20 years. This is my seventh year at Stuart-Burns.
I have taught kindergarten thru third grade. But I do really like teaching
first graders the most.
I want my students to always do their best in every task.
To do this, I emphasize "Everyday Matters" toward achieving
their first grade goals.
