Is there a way I can keep up with my child's progress on a daily basis?

Certainly! Your child has been trained how to organize and keep up with
assignments in folders. Your child's folders should contain an assignment
sheet with all grades recorded and the assignments should be filed behind it.
Students are encouraged to take home folders regularly to show their parents.

Is my child allowed to bring home textbooks?

Yes! And they may open them and discuss with you what we did that day in them.

Will my child ever have homework?

If your child does not finish an assignment at school, it becomes homework.
Nightly reading (READ TO ME) is encourgaged. Studying (Monday evening) for
the Tuesday Trial Test in spelling is expected. Studying the Multiplication
Facts Families often is a must! Drill, drill, drill!!! I also endorse playing
and helping around the house (chores).
