We will be working on “solid figures” in a couple of weeks. I would like
for every child to build a robot made out of only solid figures. For
example, a rectangular prism (a cereal box) could be the body, a
cylinder (PVC pipes or paper towel tubes) could be the arms or legs,
and a sphere (plastic ball or a craft Styrofoam ball) could be the
head. Other solid shapes are cones, cubes, & pyramids. Be as
creative as possible!!!!! Your child will love this project! The robot
project is due on Thursday, February 17th.
This project will be counted as a participation grade in math.
As always that you for all your hard work & effort it DOES NOT go
unnoticed!
