Happy fall to all!
It is hard to believe we have almost completed the first nine weeks of school. I am so proud of
the students for their hard work in adjusting to second grade.
REMEMBER: No School on Friday, October 10 or Monday, October 13.
I look forward to seeing you on the 13th for our Parent Teacher Conferences. Please call if you
are unable to attend.
Our Fall Festival is October 18. Our class is working with Mrs. Sublett's class to put together
a basket for the silent auction. Our basket's theme is "Wrap It Up." Please send in any items
that have to do with wrapping presents for any occasion. Examples: wrapping paper, ribbon,
tissue paper, bows, tape etc.
As the mornings get cooler children can wear coats and hoodies to school. However, they are not
allowed to wear them throughout the day. Jackets and sweaters worn during school must be solid
school colors with no hood.
