What is Accelerated Reader?

Your child will be participating in the Accelerated Reader
program this year. My students are expected to read and test
over 2 books each week. When your child scores a 80 or 100 on an
AR test, they will be able to get an item out of my treasure
chest. Also, at the end of the each nine weeks grading period the
entire 3rd grade will have an AR party. Students should have at
least 5 AR points or an 80% average in AR.

invitations to school if all students in the class are invited.
Otherwise, please mail invitations.
