Jennifer Wall:
My name is Jennifer Wall. I am the Resource Teacher for Vanleer Elementary
School. I have been here since January 2007. My husband, Jeremy, and I have
three wonderful children. I graduated from Austin Peay in 2006, with a
Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. It's been a dream come true working
in the classroom with these children.
My assistant is Stephanie Barnes. She has been here since August 2006. She,
and her husband Jonathan, have two wonderful children also. Stephanie is a
great help to me and the students in our classes.
Cindy Draper:
My name is Cindy Draper. I have taught Special Ed for 31 years at Vanleer
Elementary. It is the best job in the world! I have 2 wonderful assistants,
Wanda Street and Rita Nelson. We teach academics as well as life skills.

through individualized educational programs in the least restrictive
environment. We work openly and cooperatively with all of those the student's
network (family, students, community, general education teachers, and other
professionals) in order to promote the self-esteem, success, and well-being in
preparation for every child's future.
