I was born and raised in Milan, TN. I received my bachelor's degree in
Elementary Education from the University of Memphis in 2004. I then received
my master's degree in Education with a concentration in Reading from Austin
Peay State University in 2007. I have taught 3rd, 2nd, and kindergarten for
a total of 7 years. Kindergarten is my favorite!
I am happily married and have a sweet little boy, Sawyer, who is a true
monkey! He definitely keeps me on my toes! We are expecting a baby girl,
Kate Austin, in November. We are very excited about our growing family!
I love to spend time with my family and friends. I love gardening and
spending time outdoors. I also love to go antiquing/junkin', bake, read, and
shop!
