About The Teacher

I am so excited to be teaching first graders.  
I have a son who is 7 years old and one who is 4 years old. We have a dog 
named Obie and another named Squirt.  My husband is a teacher at Mt. Juliet 
Middle School. I have went to Wilson County Schools all my life.  I went to 
Carroll-Oakland and then went to Lebanon High School.  From there, I went to 
MTSU, Vol State, and graduated from Cumberland University.  This is my 10th 
year teaching.  I have a Master's Degree from Cumberland University in 
Teaching and Learning.

Mission For The Class

My mission for the class is for the students to take what they 
learn from me and apply it in their daily activities.
