Announcements

Fall Festival will be November 7th from 5 pm - 8 pm (silent auction ends at 
7:30 pm) at the 4-8 bldg at the entrance near the gymnasium.  

We will have over 30 Teacher Baskets and lots of great PALS items up for a 
Silent Auction.   Some of the items in the PALS auction include:
     **  Pump It Up Gift Certificate for a private party.  Value of $185.00
     **  2 Passes to Holiday World
     **  1 year Family Membership to the Nashville Zoo.  Value of $95.00
     **  Tickets and Gift Certificates to great places in Pigeon Forge and 
         Gatlinburg - like Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium, Wonderworks, 
         4 tickets for tram ride to Ober Gatlinburg and more
     **  We have tickets to a Nashville Sounds Game 
     **  Several Items from the Nasville Predators including an autographed 
         hockey puck.
     **  We also have some great items from Watertown, Lebanon and Nashville 
         businesses who are always very supportive of Watertown Elementary 
         and Middle School.  We will update this next week with an updated 
         list of local support once we have a finalized list.

We have over 30 games to play, including the very popular cake walk!  Tickets 
to play games will be 25 cents per ticket.  

There will be good food to enjoy - BBQ, hot dogs, nachos, pickles and candy!

Spirit Items (including our new Watertown Tigers vehicle magnest for 10.00 
each), 2008-09 Smart Cards and 2008 Tour of Homes tickets will be on sale 
throughout the festival!

We are still taking donations for the PALS silent auction, game prizes and 
desserts (cakes, pies, cupcakes or cookies) for the cake walk.  Please 
support your teachers as well, with donations to their class baskets!  
Donations can be dropped of in either of the schools offices anytime between 
now and 1:00 pm on Friday, Nov. 7th.  If you would like a donation letter 
that will include our tax ID number, you may request one at the time of drop 
off.

We are, of course, looking for lots of volunteers!  We don't require that you 
work a set time but will take any time you can give us, the teachers and 
students of WTES!  We are asking for help anytime between 4 pm and 8:30 pm.
