Please remember that all Kindergartners must have an updated Tennessee Green 
Card with all Kindergarten Immunizations and a blue physical form attached 
BEFORE the first day of school!!!

Please DO NOT send medication of any kind to school with students. 
Parent/Guardian MUST bring medication to school and complete proper paper 
work.
