Send all money in an envelope or a ziplock bag with the child's name, name of the teacher and the amount and purpose of the money written on it. Send lunch money, fee money etc. in seperate envelopes and on seperate checks. They go into different accounts. Put the money in the pocket of your child's folder. 

PLEASE PUT YOUR CHILD'S MONEY IN A BAG OR AN ENVELOPE AND LABEL IT WITH YOUR CHILD'S NAME AND WHAT THE MONEY IS FOR AND THE AMOUNT!
