How often does the PTSO hold parent meetings?

At least once a quarter. We will announce them via this website,
by teacher email and via the quarterly newsletter that will be
sent home with your child.

How can I get a teacher to respond to my emails?

Teacher emails might not reach their target if you have not been
added to their safe list, so either call or send in a note with
your child to have your email address set up first, or direct
emails via a teacher you have already established contact with.

Where can I find out when try-outs are

The best way to know when try outs are, is to really listen to
the announcements at school. They might also be posted on the
front entrance door of the school a day or two ahead of time.
Some try outs might be posted on the Sports page:

http://www.wcschools.com/wwm/

You can also try calling the school office at 615 758 5152 and
asked to speak to Mr Atkins, the Assitant principal and Athletic
director of our school. Or you can try to contact the couch.
