Do I need to check my child's backpack DAILY?

YES! YES! YES!  Information from the office, daily work and other notes will
come home daily, not just in their Friday folders.

Yes, but sign in at the office before coming to the room!  We eat PROMPTLY @
11:45 a.m.

May my child celebrate his/her birthday at school?

Because the kindergaten curriculum is so 'packed full', we can not take away
from class time to celebrate birthdays; however, you are welcome to send treat
bags to send home with each child in our class.  At this time we have 18 children.

May I walk my child into school in the morning?

As hard as it may seem, please begin his/her NEW school year by dropping off
your child and letting the kindergarten teachers get your child from the car;
into the building and safely to the gym where his/her teacher will pick up.
