* Physicals are May 22^ndat BDJH. This form can either be used for BDJH next year or taken to the high school for sports there. It will be good for all sports for the 2012-2013. Football at BDJH will begin the first day of school. Volleyball for 8^thgrade will begin the second day of school.

*Sports Banquet—May 15^that the Merrell Center

It is that time again. I would like to have a meeting with anyone interested in heading up one of the following areas. I can meet next Monday at 1:30 in the LGI Room. If you cannot make the meeting but would like to help, please email me.

*Decorations—Stage, Foyer, Tables, Balloons, Hallway leading into Merrell Center

*Silent Auction—acquiring the items, getting the baskets ready

*Food                                                                        

*New Thoughts for this Year—Any new ideas or changes we want to make?
