Welcome Back, everyone! My name is Valerie M. Loft. I am a graduate of the
University of Texas @ Austin, Class of '92 and have a B.S. in Applied
Learning and Development/Elementary Education. I have teaching
experience in K-5 Bilingual/ESL education and in TAG services. My husband,
Chris, is an aquatic scientist and works in Austin. We have two
beautiful daughters, Abriana and Marisa, and two funny dogs, a Yorkie named
Mr. Darcy, and a spunky chihuahua, named Xochitl.
RRISD will provide exemplary education, guidance, and encouragement to
empower all students to reach their individual potential and become
contributing members of a diverse community.
