Welcome! Hi, my name is Christina Young. This is my ninth year teaching. I
graduated from Texas Woman's University in Denton, TX. I have taught both
second and third grade. Before moving to Round Rock, I taught third grade for
two years in my hometown Garland, Texas. I enjoy teaching very much,
especially second graders.
I have been married for six years to my wonderful husband, David. We
live in Round Rock with our two dogs, Sasha and Penny. It's nice coming
home to my puppies because they always jump and wiggle with excitement!
When I'm not at school, I love to garden, bake, and take nature walks. I
also enjoy playing with my two dogs and taking them on their nightly walk.
It's a privledge to have your child in my class. I look forward to teaching
your child and watching him or her grow. We will have a fun and exciting
year learning together!
