ISP Showcase & Parent Seminar - Thursday, January 5th 6:00 - 7:30 pm at Great
Oaks Elementary.
All TAG parents are welcome to attend. The speaker will be Michelle Swain.
She will be speaking on the book, 10 Things NOT to Say to Your Gifted Child.
TAGT Parent Conference - Saturday, February 11th at Anderson High School.

Summer Enrichment Fair - Saturday, February 11th 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at
the RRISD PAC (next to McNeil HS).
All K-12 parents are welcome to attend this free event to learn about
academic and fine arts summer camp opportunities throughout Austin, the state
of TX, and other parts of the U.S.

IMPORTANT TAG TESTING TIMELINE
Nov. 8th
Referral Parent Meeting at 6:30p.m. in the BPE Library
Nov. 14th
TAG Referrals Open. Packets will be made available on the
RRISD Website under the TAG Department that day. Please check our websites
for directions on how to access the forms. Forms can be returned to Mrs.
Horony or Mrs. Stork.
Dec. 5th
TAG Referral Forms Due…NO EXCEPTIONS. We cannot accept late
forms. This is a hard deadline.
Jan. 9th – Feb. 3rd
K-12 TAG testing. Please see our websites for days
that your child’s grade level will be testing. Please note that days may
change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Apr. 2nd
Notification letters will be post marked no later that this
date.
Fall 2012
TAG services begin for newly identified students.
