This will be my 6th year to teach at Blackland Prairie, and I am very excited to be part of such an
awesome team! I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2002, and began teaching 6th
grade Math at Ridgeview Middle School. After teaching at Ridgeview for 4 years, I moved to Blackland
Prairie to teach 5th grade. This past summer, I completed my Masters in Instructional Leadership
through Texas State University and I hope to share my love of continuous learning with all of my
students this year.My interests include spending time with my children and extended family, watching
movies, shopping, and reading. I look forward to getting to know each and every student this year.
Mrs. Rey's Reptiles will establish an environment where a variety of learning experiences can occur and
all students can grow as learners and individuals. We want everyone in our class to practice Mutual
Respect, Attentive Listening, Right to Pass, and always do their Personal Best!
