Yes, in order for your child to be at his best, a rest period of 30 minutes will be provided at 11:30 each day.Back to Top

What can my child sleep on?
Your child will need a regular sized towel or blanket of comparable size to rest on. (Please do not send a mat or beach towel) Your child will be keeping his towel in his backpack at all times except when it is in use. Encourage your child to practice folding his towel independently.Back to Top
