Can my child bring a personal snack?

Yes, in order for your child to be at his best, a rest period of 30 minutes
will be provided at 11:30 each day.

What can my child sleep on?

Your child will need a regular sized towel or blanket of comparable size to
rest on. (Please do not send a mat or beach towel) Your child will be keeping
his towel in his backpack at all times except when it is in use. Encourage
your child to practice folding his towel independently.
