C.D. Fulkes Middle School Band

Sectionals start the week of January 3rd. Students in each section decided together on their sectional day/time according to what best fit their schedules. ALL MISSED SECTIONALS MUST BE MADE UP IN ORDER TO EARN CREDIT!!! There are no "excused" sectionals. If a student is sick and misses school, he/she still must attend a make-up sectional in order to get credit. If a student does not attend a sectional (or make up a missed sectional), the student earns a ZERO for that week. If a student attends his/her sectional, puts forth satisfactory effort, and has all supplies, the student earns a 100. Points will be deducted if a student is late to his/her sectional, does not put forth satisfactory effort, or is missing supplies. In order to receive credit for a sectional, students MUST be taught by a director in a sectional setting (i.e. the student cannot simply go practice on his/her own). Please contact the directors if you have any questions or concerns. Sectionals are VERY important, and we want our students to grow through them.
