Dear Families,
We have been learning how to Explode a Moment in our writing! It has
been lots of fun watching the kids taking one moment in time and slowing it
down to add details and then writing several paragraphs about their topic.
We also started the novel unit Holes and are enjoying this book a
bunch! We will continue with this book and have it finished by the holiday
break and will watch the PG movie on December 18th. If you would like your
child to NOT watch this movie please let me know in writing by the 18th. If
they are fine to watch it I do not need a note. Remember that our holiday
party is on Friday the 18th at 1:15 if you would like to attend.
