Dear Wonderful Parents,
Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year! It is with great pleasure that
I welcome you and your child to our second grade class. I look forward to
capturing your child's heart so that I can lead them to their personal best!
I am a proud product of Round Rock ISD. I graduated from Anderson
Mill Elementary, Grisham Middle School and Westwood High School. In 2003 I
received my education degree from Texas State University. Five years ago I
bought a house in Round Rock and live with my two dogs, Bella and Harper. In
my free time you will find me at dinner with friends, shopping, watching
movies and taking trips big or small. I also enjoy being outside and
appreciating all of life’s small things. I truly love to teach and learn
from children and can assure you this year will be filled with real, hands on
learning experiences.
This is my ninth year teaching and my fourth year at Cactus Ranch.
This year I will have the pleasure of working with eight other experienced
teachers: Crystal Bridge, Jillian Collins, Kristin Fairman, Kelly Hawkins,
Amy Privott, Teresa Ritter, Karla Thomas, and Laurie Zurovetz. It is our goal
at Cactus Ranch Elementary to ensure that our families are happy and
satisfied with what we do. With this in mind, if you have questions or
