Good news... the Unit 2 Project due date has been extended to Tuesday, October 11th!  I want to make sure all students have the opportunity to complete an AWESOME project. 

If you have been working hard to have it turned in on Friday there is good news for you too... turn it in on Friday for  5 extra Bonus Points!!

MAKE SURE YOU TURN IN YOUR RUBRIC WITH YOUR PROJECT!!

Just a reminder to everyone that today is the LAST day of Marking Period 1.  If anyone has anything they need to take care of from this first 6 weeks of school it needs to be done on Monday!

The Unit 2 Project was assigned today.  It is due a week from today.  As in Friday, October 7th.  If instructions are lost or misplaced, please check the Important Documents.

Several things!  I will make bullets to be as concise as possible;

• Quiz/ test retake- You may now retake and any quiz/ test you received less than an 80 on for the highest grade of an 80.  Mandatory tutorial before the retake remains the same.
• Tutoring- 1st Advisory Monday - Friday is now available.  Bring your lunch if you have 1st lunch!
• Unit Vocabulary- Now being taken as a Quiz grade (instead of HW/Daily) since you spend so much time on this assignment.
• Boston Trip Information Meeting Date- Wednesday, October 5, 2011 from 6:30-7:30PM in the Lecture Hall
• REMEMBER- Unit 1 Vocabulary is due tomorrow and the Unit 1 Vocabulary Quiz is on Friday!

GREAT NEWS!  We finally have access to the Creating America textbook online.  I placed directions on the Important Documents page of my Teacher Web.  They are called "Creating America Online Services Directions".   Check it out over the weekend if you have a chance!  I will go over this with every class on Monday.  Happy Friday and have a fabulous weekend!!

Unit 1 Vocabulary due date has been moved to Thursday, September 15th!  It has only been moved up by ONE day due to the fact that I will be off campus on Friday and I want it graded before I leave.  Vocabulary was handed out on Monday, August 29th so it should not be a burden for anyone.

Hey students and parents!  We have finished our second week of school and I would just like to say... what a GREAT group of students!!  You guys (they) have done so well the past two weeks and I am very proud of everyone's hard work.  Thank you for all you do and enjoy the three day weekend!
