I am Señor Carnley and I will be teaching Spanish IA and Exploratory
Languages this year. This is my eighth year at Cedar Valley. I attended the
University of Texas at Austin. Above all I enjoy spending time with my wife
and little girl. We like travelling, visiting museums and camping on
weekends. I also enjoy fishing, hunting,reading, and studying new languages.
I also spend time practicing and teaching others the Olympic sport of Judo.
My goal is to help students build a solid foundation in the four skills of
language learning: Speaking, Listening comprehension, Reading and Writing. We
will do this through a multitude of activities. I also hope to impart a love
of learning in my students that they can carry with them throughout their
lives.
