I am a graduate of Southwest Texas State University, am a certified Master
Reading teacher, and have achieved National Board certification . I have
been teaching for fourteen years. I am married and have a daughter,5, and son,2.
I enjoy having coffee at any opportunity. My favorite colors are green,
purple, and orange.
My goals for this year are to help my students learn to write at a higher
level, have a metacognative reading style, and enjoy reading and writing.
My mission is to create an equitable environment where everyone can learn and
achieve success.
