I have been teaching 5th grade at Clayton Elementary since it opened. My 
husband, Dr. Adair. encouraged me 30 years ago to pursue a career in 
teaching. i received an Art degree in 1972 and worked as a 3 year old teacher 
for 7 years. 
I have one daughter, Jennifer, a son-in-law Matt, and 2 grandsons, Graham (6) 
and Carter (4). They live in Cobham Surrey, UK and I see them at Christmas and Spring Break!  I video 
chat with them every weekend!  My sister, Sharon, lives with us and my 89 year old mother, Catherine, 
lives close by at the Summit at Westlake. 

IDr. Adair ( a retired Cancer researcher and my Science helper) and I truly enjoy helping students reach 
their potential in Writing and Science.
When I hear that they are enjoying my class, I know I am doing my 
job ! I look forward to getting to know my new 5th grade "family".
