Monday:  "Multiplying by 2-Digit Numbers" w/s 84 (Due Wednesday):  Pay special attention to the hand written directions on the paper!

November 14-18
Tuesday-Thursday:   Fourth Grade  Lesson D.10 "Multiply a 2-Digit # by a 2-Digit # Word Problems" on www.ixl.com.  (You have your user name/password in the inside cover of your agenda). You must complete 20 problems correctly.  Please show all work on a sheet of notebook paper and turn in the paper on Friday to the basket.  Choose your own strategy (algorithm, box, or expanded form) NO calculators!!  If you miss a problem while working, you must try another problem to replace it.  Overall you might attempt 25 problems but only get 20 correct.  Or you might get 20/20 correct.  If you want to solve more than 20 problems, you can keep going as far as you'd like

Tuesday-Thursday:  Go to www.ixl.com, choose 4th Grade practice tab, then scroll down to Data, Charts, and Graphs.  Choose 2 lessons from the list and complete by Friday.  No written work is required.  All work should be done online.
Monday-Thursday:  Review basic division facts. Mad Minute quizes will be given on Tues. and Thurs.

January 17-20
Tues.-Thurs.:  Practice basic multiplication/division facts
Wednesday:  w/s "Compare Squares" and w/s "Winter Extremes" due on Friday

January 23-27

Wednesday:  w/s 154 "Generate Equivalent Fractions" and w/s "Problem Solving: Using Fractions" (Due on Friday!)  Please encourage your child to use their fraction strips as a tool while working on this assignment.
