I have been a Language Arts teacher at Dawson Elementary for thirteen
years. I have taught 4th grade language arts for eight years. I graduated
high school from Stratford Sr. High School in 1983. Several years later I
attended the University of Houston-Victoria. I earned my Bachelor of
Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in 1994. My hobbies include spending
time with family and friends, shopping, watching movies and decorating my
house. I also love to stroll around antique stores and see what bargains I
can find. My husband and I have two beautiful daughters. My oldest daughter
attends Texas A&M University in College Station, and my youngest daughter is
in the 5th grade this year at Dawson.
