Carroll Athletic Booster Club is offering $25 physicals at Carroll High School May 7th (Boys) and May 8th ( Girls) from 4:30-7:00. This is a great way to take care of the mandatory physicals required before one may practice or tryout for next year's athletic activities. The trainers on staff retain the copy of the physical and return them to the coaches in August, thereby eliminate the chance that the physical is lost or turned in to the wrong person and misplaced. The form used during this physical is the required form as there is information on the reverse side needed by all coaches. We ask that physicals done on your own be on this form and not turned into the Dawson Coaches until August 13th in order to avoid misplacement. There will be other forms that are also required. Please see handbooks and forms for that information.
