I am orginally from Miami,Florida. I attended the University of Miami in
Coral Gables, Florida, on a full vocal performance scholarship. After
graduating, I moved to Georgia and began my teaching career. I have had the
opportunity to teach all levels of music from elementary music to senior
adult choirs at church. I moved to Texas 6 years ago when my husband decided
to return to Texas and answer the call to ministry. He is a candidate for
ministry in the United Methodist Church and will be attending Brite Divinity
School at TCU.
I am beginning my 22nd year in teaching and I can not believe it. It seems
as if I just started!!! I bring with me hopes, dreams and many goals for
our kids here at Dawson Middle School and Carroll Middle School. I am
excited about teaching at both middle schools and all the talent we have.
This is going to be a great growing year. Look out, here we come!!!!
