Regular meetings will be held at 8am the first and third Tuesday of each month beginning in
September. Advance notice for absences should be provided by the student (with the exception of
illness). Officer meetings will be held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month!

NJHS is an 8th grade organization consisting of students who achieved a cumulative average of 95
during the first five six weeks of their seventh grade year. When figuring cumulative scores, there
will not be any weighting of averages due to higher level math classes. All students should be
working on their ability level. Students transferring into CISD who have already been inducted into
NJHS will be considered members if they provide a copy of their induction certificate.
