Welcome back to a phenomenal new year! We are very excited to begin the 2007-
2008 school year.

8:00am Tutorial times - All students must have a note with the teachers name on it to be admitted
for tutorials. Students must have an academic purpose for coming in for tutorials and may not use
the time to socialize. This will ensure that students who truly need assistance receive the assistance
they deserve. Students without an appropriate note or who do not follow rules for
tutorials will be asked to return to the gym until school begins. Generally,
no tutorials will be held before school during the first week of classes.
Teachers often have hall duty, conferences, and meetings before school. PLEASE pay attention to
teacher availability throughout the year. If a teacher is not available for morning tutorials, please
complete the assignment to the best of your ability and discuss it with the teacher individually.
ALWAYS COMPLETE THE ASSIGNMENT!!!
Eighth grade is a pivotal time in the life of an adolescent, and it is our mission to prepare your son
or daughter for the new and exciting challenges of high school. We set high standards for ourselves
and through daily critical thinking exercises and cross curricular discussions, we elicit higher
performances from our students than even they sometimes don't believe possible. We are happy to
have your children enrolled in our courses, and we look forward to a great year.
