Welcome to language arts for the third six weeks.

Our reading focus this six weeks is:

Objective 3: Use text's structure or progression of ideas such as cause and effect or chronology to locate and recall information, find similarities and differences across texts/media, represent text information in different ways, identify the purposes of different types of texts such as to inform, influence, express, or entertain, compare communication in different forms, and describe how the author's perspective or point of view affects the text.

4. a composition from a prompt
