What time does Mrs. Grimes' class go to lunch?

11:45-12:15. You are welcome to join your student for lunch.

What day do students go to the library?

Thursday is our day to check out books at the library. I suggest 
that students keep their library book in their backpack when not reading it. 
That way they have it at school when they need it and they have it home when 
they want to read it.

When does my child need to wear tennis shoes for PE?

We go to PE on Mondays (1/2 of class), Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Who is Mango?

Mango is our class pet! She is a beautiful, calm, orange colored 
bearded dragon lizard.

When does my child attend art or music?

On A weeks, we go to Music 2 and 1/2 days per week. On B weeks, we go to Art 2 1/2 days per week.

How can I help in my child's class?

I welcome parent volunteers! I have a volunteer basket by my door 
with 
things that need to be copied, cut, stapled etc. Parents can use 
the desk 
outside my door to work on stuff from the basket, or you may use 
the Parent 
resource room. I also have parent volunteers work with a small 
group of 
students.  Thanks for your help!
