Welcome to Kindergarten at Double File Trail Elementary! I have been teaching
five-year-olds for over 20 years. When my oldest child was a senior in high
school, I began teaching kindergarten in a private school in Richardson,
Texas. When we moved to Round Rock I taught at Berkman Elementary and for the
last 16 years, I have been teaching at DFT. I feel blessed to have had two
wonderful careers; a stay at home wife and mom and a teacher of young
children!
I am married to my high school sweetheart, the mother of three amazing- grown
children and grandmother to two wonderful boys.We have a lovable, gentle
little dog named Piper Oliver. He loves to take walks, play ball and
entertain us daily! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my
family,traveling, gardening and reading.
I welcome family involvement and I always appreciate parent volunteers.
